Terms of Use

Palvelulinkki Oy (PalveluX)

English translation of the Terms of Use published at https://palvelux.fi/ehdot. In case of any discrepancy, the Finnish version prevails. Purchasing, delivery, cancellation and refunds are governed by the separate Terms of Sale and Delivery.

1. General

Palvelulinkki Oy (“PalveluX”, “we”) provides strategy and marketing services aimed at micro and small businesses, delivered digitally and/or in person. The services may also be ordered by larger companies that need external expert assistance. These Terms of Use apply to all services provided by PalveluX.

2. Service content and use

PalveluX offers customers the following services:

  • SWOT analysis (free)
  • Strategy report (paid)
  • Light strategy deployment service (ongoing monthly service)
  • Marketing content generator (automated content production service)

PalveluX is itself responsible for producing and delivering these services to the customer in accordance with the agreed schedule and content.

3. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to PalveluX (e.g. the company’s current situation, goals and marketing wishes) is accurate and sufficient for delivering the service. PalveluX is not responsible for limitations or inaccuracies of the service that result from incomplete or incorrect customer information.

4. Delivery and usage rights

Services are delivered electronically unless otherwise agreed. The customer receives the right to use the delivered materials to promote their own business. All rights to the produced content and methods remain with PalveluX unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment terms

  • The SWOT analysis is free of charge.
  • Paid services are charged at the time of ordering or as agreed.
  • Monthly services are charged according to the billing agreement (e.g. EUR 69/month).
  • The payment term is 14 days net unless otherwise agreed.

PalveluX reserves the right not to deliver a service if payment has not been made by the due date.

6. Returns and interruptions

Digital services are delivered tailored to the company, and therefore cannot be cancelled free of charge after delivery. Monthly services may be terminated with one month’s notice. All interruptions must be reported in writing.

Note (not part of the published terms): for consumers, the cancellation/withdrawal of immediately delivered digital content is governed by the Consumer Protection Act and is detailed in the Terms of Sale and Delivery, section 7. We recommend aligning this section with those terms.

7. Limitation of liability

PalveluX is not liable for the customer’s business decisions, losses or other indirect damages relating to the use of the service. The services are expert and recommendation-based in nature, and it is the customer’s responsibility to apply them to their own operations.

8. Data protection and confidentiality

PalveluX processes all customer data confidentially and complies with applicable data protection legislation. Customer data is not disclosed to third parties without consent unless required by law. See the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Changes to the terms

PalveluX reserves the right to change these Terms of Use. The current terms are always available on our website. Changes take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
